Sufi BarberShop

Very impressed with this place! Went in for my first time today, I am new to the area and was looking for a good Barber shop. I found them online, and scheduled an appointment with Ryan, based on his amazing reviews. Ryan did a fantastic job, and gave me the best haircut I have had in years. He truly takes his time, and his attention to detail is what makes him stand out. I am so happy to have found Soufi BarberShop, and this will now be my go-to barber shop. Thanks Ryan!

Soufi is the best barber shop in Stamford by a mile, hands down. Rayan gave me the best haircut I've had in years today, such an incredible job with immaculate attention to detail - the man is truly an artist. Soufi is slightly more expensive than the other shops but what you get here is pure *quality* and to me it is absolutely worth it. The barbers are very experienced here and know what they are doing, you are in good hands.

Since I arrived at this barber shop, the service has been impeccable and very welcoming. Tito gave me a haircut that I LOVE. Attention to detail is highly important for me when it comes to a haircut and it’s something he definitely gets. You will definitely see me again and constantly at this barber shop with Tito as my barber. The environment at this barber shop is very familiar and warm. If you require a great, precise haircut, I would definitely recommend Tito.

Recommend, Recommend, HIGHLY recommend ! :) Have been coming here a while, at least since late 2021, so this positive review is not only well-earned by this business, but it also is well overdue. All of the staff and management carry themselves with the upmost professionalism in customer relations, and the haircutting and cosmetics are sublime. I've now been here twice, because of the decent location and fair prices, and will definitely not be going back. My first experience, with Allfredo, was okay. He definitely tried his best, but did not understand what I wanted since his English was almost as bad as my Spanish. He cut my hair short in the back when I had asked for it to remain long, and then cut asymmetrical designs into my temples, which I had not asked for, but otherwise did a decent job. My second experience, with Sabrine, is the main reason why I'm writing this negative review. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, but had to wait 15 minutes for the previous person to be done, while he and Sabrine looked at stuff on his phone. So while my haircut started 10 minutes late, it ended 2 minutes early, which was frustrating because the whole time it felt like everything was being rushed at the expense of the quality of the haircut. Here's a list of everything that was wrong with my haircut: Once again, I did not get what I asked for. My hair was cut short all the way around, when I had explicitly asked for it to remain long in the back. Once again, the edges of my temples got the straight razor treatment, which I had not asked for, and which results in a weird section of short hair that looks silly as it grows out. She didn't bother shaving my neck. The hair washing consisted of a 5 second, not-even-close-to-thorough round of shampoo, and no conditioner. The edges around my ears had stray hairs sticking out that I had to trim off myself when I got home. And she put product in my hair without asking. I always say no to product but was not given a choice in the matter. All in all, I would say that my requests were not even remotely taken into account, and I felt like I was not valued at all, so I will not be returning. Maybe other barbers at Soufi BarberShop would be less lousy, but to me it's not worth giving this place any more money.
